Thank you to Becky Howard for editing News and Views for the past few years and to everybody who has contributed past, please keep the articles coming! In the meantime, there will be a few backdated stories from earlier this year (most were originally posted on the virtual scout group blog). 

(Originally posted to Virtual Scout Group Blog -  August 8, 2020 ) We are delighted that so many of you took part in the quizzes on Kahoot – more than 100 in fact! Competition was fierce and there were very few points separating the top five in each section. We hope you enjoyed it. Even if you were not the outright winner, each valid entry counted toward the Group Trophy.   The Winners are: Scout and Explorers: Zena Mansour of 1st Keyworth Cubs Scouts: Adam Hardisty of 1st Bingham Beaver Scouts: Edward Partridge of 4th West Bridgford Each of the winners has been awarded a medal, and a gift voucher. The Group Trophy was tied. Joint winners are: 1st Radcliffe-on-Trent Scout Group 4th West Bridgford Scout Group Each will receive a memento for the Trophy Cabinet. Again our thanks and a “well done” to those who took up the challenge.
